My favorite Mexican restaurant in Huntsville.

About the only authentic Mexican in Huntsville I know of. Place used to be just a food "bus". But they have expanded.

I just wish they served margaritas. My favorite dish there so far has been the camarones a la diabla.

That's a trip.
I just passed it while ago and remarked to my wife that it used to be a bus, but the food was so good they made a restaurant out of it!

The tacos are the bomb. I ate at the truck in Hampton cove a couple of days ago, but the one just west of county line road is my go-to.
