I'm not big on mexican food. But, we tried out a new dominican "restaurant" last week - Punta Cana. It was pretty good. It's really more of a stand that has outdoor seating, and also a bus that has been converted into a sit-down restaurant.
Giving them a shout out because they're new and super nice. I hope they do well and stay in business. It's off County Line RD in Madison.

That’s been debated. Tijuana, Juárez, and Guerrero have been suggested as places of origin.
But you can go up and down a menu and find disparities between ‘authentic’, ‘Tex-mex’, and anything other than that.

You should try the food Mexican food truck out by where they are building the new Facebook facility off of Pulaski Pike. Turn beside AEROJET ROCKETDYNE. Great place to grab a quick lunch.
