If it’s just you or you and a significant other I’d say Harbortown or Midtown. If you have kids in school I’d look in East Memphis or Germantown/Collierville. Suburbs would be a hike across the river, but if you want good public schools that’s where you have to go.

They are, but from my experience they aren't quite as good as the Mason/Memphis locations.
