This food truck seems to be set up at 8th Wonder often. Had their tacos a couple months ago when I was in town and they were incredibly good

Just about any gas station near a major interstate on/off ramp should have a food truck with killer tacos.

Houston's big, baw. Which part?

Tacos Dona Lena

List Eater will come in here and recommend Cobos, but he's dead wrong.

I haven't tried Birria at many places, but I did try the Birriadillas at this place and I thought it was great.

Candente has some pretty good birria
TJ's on Durham
If you catch JQ's BBQ around town(usually at the Rice Village Farmers Market every other Sunday, MKT Market Popups), he also has a good birria
