Great. They told me to defrost and cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Does that sound right?

Why don't you just cook them and find out if they're good??

Yes following the manufacturers recommendations is usually the right thing to do.

This is the sort of thread that should get a poster banned from the Food Board. No content, just private conversations, and then two annoying bumps which knock worthwhile threads, even ones that recommend the awful girl and goat (talk about an overrated tourist trap), off the front page.

Retarded "Top 10" threads are soooo much better.

They were awesome. I think I did them at 400 because I think it was before you had spoken with them, but still came out great. Bacon got plenty brown enough.

Had to cut them in half to go with everything else because they’re so huge. Was afraid the au gratin would get too runny but they stayed intact.

I feel like any thread that po's TULSU needs our wholehearted support.

I've not tried the mushrooms, but I'll def get some next time I swing by Kartchner's.

Here’s mine. My overhead hanging lights hang so low and it’s a glass dish - hence the horrible glare.

LL said she was cooking them in a Thanksgiving thread. We were discussing at what temp to cook them. I have found that the recommendation of the store is not always the best method or temp for some items. For example, I don't cook their stuffed chickens for the time recommended and I believe I use a higher temp. These mushrooms are not cheap either. Since LL was making them, I asked how they were as I'm cooking them this weekend for the game.

Next time, I'll ask "Has anyone cooked the stuffed mushrooms from Kartchner's and, if so on what temp and for how long?"

Thanks for the pic, LL!

I like most stuffed mushrooms anyway, but the au gratin is definitely good. Rich, but great.
