I know it's a chain, but we're headed to Vegas next week. It's got to be better than a buffet, right?

Not so fast. If you can get a reservation at The Bacchanal Buffett at Caesar's I'd do it in a heartbeat. Ridiculous value and quality for $80/person which is what a lot of decent Vegas restaurants will run you anyhow.

Way back I ate at the one on LaCienega Blvd in L.A. which I think was their main restaurant. It was really good.

I have been seeing that restaurant in Dallas on LBJ for 25 years and have never eaten there. Must be tolerable if it has been there that long.

They have restaurants in 3 cities. That is technically a chain, but the three markets have a lot of competition in that “steakhouse” space, so it’s probably pretty good.

Did the one in Vegas last June. Wouldn't return.
