Wife (no pics) and I went to Coffee Call on Friday and have been noticing big crowds at Juicy Seafood. Can anybody give some input on their experiences there. TIA

Do you like to watch fights while you eat?

Food looks solid for a boiled seafood place. Not surprised the direction this thread is going though.

We didn’t go inside. Just judging by the amount of cars in the parking lot.

To be fair, they could've also left a cash tip. However, there are certain people that feel that if they're not given the royal treatment that they won't tip. Then again, if they are given the royal treatment, 15% is probably still a pipe dream.

Guarantee you she didn't. Just looked her up on FB and she is complaining about Parrain's. I'd love to post that pic of her ticket but she'd know who I was and come after my arse.

After reading this I looked at her FB page too. Every review she gives is bad. Here's her review of Frank's
Smokehouse, "too hillbilly felt like they used to own slaves at one point".

Looks like a manager just got arrested for trying to throw out some bribes

quote:

BATON ROUGE - The manager of a seafood restaurant was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly tried to bribe a city-parish investigator to get out of paying fines.

Arrest documents said QuingQi Wu, 38, tried to offer about $4,500 "under the table" to an Alcoholic Beverage Control agent in order to avoid the fines at his restaurant on College Drive, Juicy Seafood.

How can a place like this and Krab Queenz ever hope to coexist mere blocks from each other?

Krab Queenz is almost never open, so that probably helps. There is also a Fiery Crab a few blocks down as well.

Her review of fiery crab:

quote:

Love eating here food taste really good! But every time I eat there my stomach and the bathroom goes to war! I low key think it be tainted...on my 3rd bathroom trip less than 10 hours of eating there happens every time

These are the reviews that the public needs

Are Fiery Crabs just money laundering fronts? I've never seen any cars at any of the locations in the state.
