i could eat Mexican food at every meal.
I eat a lot of it because i eat healthy most of the time and can sub ingrediants more on Mexican than the other two
You cant really make Italian food healthy, unless you're doing zucchini noodles
Chinese just makes me feel full of MSG for a day or two, so only eat it monthly
Mexican
Italian
Chinese

I eat Italian(in laws) all the time so Chinese would be my pick when out and about!

You talking real Italian, Mexican, Chinese or the American version?

Spaghetti wins every time but steak fajitas and lemon pepper chicken are very good.

Chinese food offers the broadest choices for myself. I can look at a Chinese menu and there will be 10-20 items I’m willing to eat.
Mexican and Italian are the complete opposite. For Mexican, I’m only eating tacos or burritos. Italian, I’m only interested in pizza or maybe a basic pasta dish.
That said, the best tacos and pizza is more enjoyable for me then the best Chinese dishes.
ETA- out of the 3, I enjoy eating at Mexican restaurants the most due to the drinks and chips & salsa. Chinese food is good for family style eating. I rarely eat at Italian restaurants, and will almost always just take a pizza to go.

95% of the people in this thread never had any real Italian, Chinese, or Mexican food...

Depends on what restaurants are readily available for each.
I love some Crispy Szechaun Beef with those noodles that look like white Styrofoam, but not all Chinese places have it.
Most Italian food, the tomato sauce stuff, the OP mentioned, is like fish with me. I like it, but kind of have to be in the mood for it.
Good Mexican food is like a good hamburger. I can eat it for lunch, and dinner, on the same day.
I'm talking what we get in the good ole USA here, and Tex Mex to be more specific on the Mexican chow.

I’d have to say Mexican. I wouldn’t have said that in the past but living in South Texas and being with a Mexican girl has opened my eyes to all the different foods.

Mexican is good but its all the same thing wrapped up differently.
Italian would be a good choice
Chinese I would go with if it didn't contain so much artificial preservative.
