Italian, Chinese, or Mexican food? Which is the best in your opinion?

Italian over everything for me. Pizza and lasagna are tied for my favorite food.

Italian options for a nice dinner. Chinese for some carb load and chill at home. Mexican for some chips & salsa and margarita happy hours

Eat whatever you think is best, with some attention to your health. What does it matter what anyone else likes?
That said:
* I don't think you can make strong judgments about Italian, Chinese, and/or Mexican food based on what you typically get in the U.S.
* Italian may be the most food-centric national culture, and IMO, just for me personally, probably the tastiest. But pizza and lasagna may be the hot dogs and cheeseburgers of Italian food. As a next step, maybe dig a bit deeper into the menu at somewhere like Gino's in Baton Rouge or Vincent's in New Orleans, and work up in ambition from there?

Authentic or Americanized?
Because if it's authentic, this is not legit. Authentic Mexican is mostly garbage, authentic Chinese *is* actual garbage. Italian would be the only one that's an actual food.
