I don't think I agree with the chicken fried/country fried steak distinction. Their description of "country fried" is basically smothered steak. Never heard of such a thing called that.

And what the frick is a benne wafer???

Been wafers are not really a "southern food" they are pretty common in N. Carolina and the east coast.

I suggest we toss the question as it appears invalid and falls outside of the curve.
