When I read the title, I didn't think it would look appetizing, but that looks good. Lots of meat in those tamales. What else is on it? Do I see cheese? Is there more of the meat stuffing on top of the tamales?

Extra mayo could fix that.

Why are using a stock photo? Did you eat it or are you just showing us a picture?

Pretty sure the chili was the culprit

It just has cheese, tamales and a little "gravy". I guess you could get it dressed if you want. The tamales are in the same vein as Manuel's used to be, but not as good IMHO. The poboy is so rich that they will sell you just a half if that's all you want.

Chili and cheese, I also recommend adding grilled onions for an additional 55 cents.

ETA: It's Texas style chilli, more of a sauce

Hate to be that guy but that doesn't look good. Just eat the tamales themselves. What does adding it to bread do?

I'd have to get it dressed. That looks fricking delicious. I wish they were like my mawmaw's tamales. Rip.
