Does LsuRoss work for GR?? I have no clue, I should probably pay better attention to that stuff.

I won't out him directly, but there is one large clue on the entry page.

Just had a guy at the house working on my A/C, and he spotted my beer fridge in the garage. His first question, while pointing at the taps, was "are those just stuck on there?"
I opened the fridge door and blew his mind. He asked "do you make your own beer to put in there?" I said yeah, that's what all that stuff is for and pointed at the shelves of brewing equipment.
His mind was thoroughly blown again.

I'm a jack of all trade.
Eta: is advertising a homebrew comp. a bad thing? It's not like I'm giving specifics on a certain product and it's location.

No, did I give some sort of indication that I thought it was? I figured the

I'm legitimately thinking of taking a trip up there for this shindig. I haven't been and I have a buddy who is from Shreveport so we have a place to stay. Busy couple of months though.

Any idea if/when y'all are going to distribute further south? I have no plans on going north of I-10 any time soon but would like to try some.

Ross, has there been any discussion (that you can talk about) for making some of the one-time releases into year-round releases, or taking beers like G&G or AMT and putting them in cans?

We have plans to brew G&G and AMT again next year for sure. Seasonals aren’t are focused for now. Our flagships have room for improvement even almost a year into brewing. I refuse to believe we can’t get better with every batch. G&G and AMT have a few changes in store but more than anything we plan more volume. We only brewed 20 bbls of each this year but plan to brew three times that at a minimum next year. We will not can either for a couple reasons. Mostly because investing in cans for a seasonal beer doesn’t make sense in terms of dollars and cents. We also have a great bottling machine. It’s great on DO, CIP, and reliability. The homebrew type filler other breweries use was not an option for us. With that type of investment made in glass, it makes sense to put it to use. Now, if a thousand lbs of Citra were available, screw the bombers. Cans of G&G for breakfast… Thanks for the support gents. While I don’t agree with a lot of things discussed on TD, I do think the dialogue is great and will hopefully get more people talking, outside the forums, about LA Craft Beer.
Hope this helps

Dissolved Oxygen levels which are a bad thing and Clean in Place which is a convenient thing in case someone is wondering what he's talking about.

awesome, thanks for asking!
I may have to drive to Shreveport to load up when AMT comes out again.
I like the way the owner thinks
and sorry for hijacking the homebrew thread about this
