like someone said. I highly doubt oatmeal from Starbucks is healthy but maybe I'm wrong.

I was someone. And Starbucks is not McDonalds. The oatmeal is expensive and very healthy.

Oatmeal, quick, easy and healthy.

Well, no it's not healthy.

OP, bacon and eggs is about the best you can do if you only have 10 mins.

That's an oxymoron.

I usually eat a bowl of frosted mini wheats every morning.

With a cup of milk that's approx 58 grams of sugar if you eat the serving size of 21 pieces, which I usually eat double that. Not that frosted mini wheats arent delicious, but they certainly arent healthy.

I looked it up on Lester's link. Actually doesn't look too bad.

I would avoid the dried fruit, though.

Why? It's like a box of raisins.

To be fair, it depends on your definition of healthy. Like I said, I had a pork chop and two fried eggs this morning. To me and my goals, that is healthy. A big bowl of sugar is not.

Recommend a smoothie. Plenty of healthy options here. The only thing I would recommend you add to it is fiber of some kind. Fiber is what makes you feel full.

I do this or avocado toast every morning

1 banana
large handfuls of greens
frozen blueberry or green apple
flax seeds or hemp seeds

fills you up and gives a great poop later.

EGG MUFFINS...Thread

Whip up 10 eggs in a bowl, saute some greens (whatever you like) in a pan.

Take a muffin pan, place a little chopped bacon or leftover meat in the bottom.

Then place some of the cooked greens.

Fill 3/4 of the way with the eggs

Put a pinch of feta or mozzarella in the eggs

Bake at 275 for 15-20min.

These are great cold, a good whack of protein in the morning and even some greens.

If you still think eggs aren't healthy, you need to hop in your Delorean and get out of the 80's.

Exactly! With some of this, my leftover toasted biscuits and cane syrup are looking pretty "decent"...
