If a land animal jambalaya, I like using Nunu’s or Kartchner’s. Earl’s in Lafayette is good for land animals too.

If shrimp or crawfish jambalaya, I always used LA Products with additional cayenne.

A lot of people (me included) just use kosher salt for everything and don’t have table salt

Rat thx for linking that. I was gonna try it on recommendation of this board and was wondering the amount to use.

Having said that I have been to 3 grocery stores, rouses, Winn Dixie and a small independent store in St Fran. None had it and from what I could tell none of those 3 sell it. Gonna order online if I can’t find by tomorrow. Can someone tell me in Baton Rouge where I might find it?
