Maybe I’m in the minority, but the one time at Gino’s gave me no desire to go back.

Food - Gino’s. Atmosphere most nights and definitely daytime - DiGiulios. Atmosphere when there’s a piano player and you’re seated in the bar - Gino’s.

I like Gino's. Its not bad but I would prefer just about any other Italian restaurant in BR.

Like someone else mentioned, its really about what kind of atmosphere you are looking for. I would bring my wife to Ginos, but probably bring out of towners to the Digiulios.

Don't sleep on Ninos either. Hard go wrong with any of the 3 though.

They are two completely different atmospheres.
Gino's is great for an old school relatively quiet atmosphere. Digiulios is more like a party. Both are great.

Gino's is probably my favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge, but a lot of that is nostalgia. Nino's might have the best food of them all.

Gino's Veal parm and don't forget the crawfish arancini.

Gino's has that good old 1980s feel and the dust still from that decade on the decor

Doesn’t take reservations if that’s important. FYI, Gino’s, along with Little Village, to me are the most overrated/overpriced places in BR. I’d rather Nino’s or Palmero over it.

I enjoy La Contea more than either Gino's or Digiulio Bros.

I have never been to Digiulio but I do prefer La Contea to Gino's. It kinda our go to for going out for Italian with our kids.
