Amber is a good choice, but the draft is 10x better than bottled - IMNSHO.

I think my super hoppy IPA run of several years is waning. i still find most lagers and pilsners unsatisfying (think gumbo vs. stew, hard to go back ) but Im starting to prefer a less seasoned pale ale, like Sierra Nevada.

Same. I’ll still drink ghost and jucifer a lot but I’m drinking a lot more Miller lites.
