Pressure cooker and sous vide. I was formerly a die hard crock pot guy but now have mastered these and can’t go back. I think the only dish I might cook in the crock pot still would be red beans. If I had to, I would use the stove for that.

I know you make rich stocks. They can be done in a hour and a half in a pressure cooker. It's impressive.

Sous vide and crock pot.

I don't really cook in the crock much, but I have a big one, the three compartment one, and the smaller dip one. They are my makeshift chafing dishes when we have parties.

Crock pot and sous vide. Don't have an Instapot and the air fryer is just meh IMO.

Assuming these are the only things you can cook with, a lot of people in this thread will never be eating anything crunchy again.

Crockpot and Air-Fryer for me.
