Mayo
I'll never understand this. Without mayo, I would never have a sandwich or burger again.

Okra is mine.

I hate mayo if there’s so much applied that it’s dripping out the sandwich. A little goes a long way for me.

Not me. Sometimes I ask for extra mayo. Helmanns is my favorite condiment.

Oxtail

Why?

I am glad you aren’t cause oxtail has gotten overpriced but it’s delicious.

Brains- consistency of scrambled eggs, tastes like fat.

Chitlins- no matter how much they clean them, still tastes like crap.

Tried both and limburger isn't that bad. Lutefisk was awful.

Tilapia and just about any farm raised fish.

Besides the duck egg thing, I would try just about anything y’all listed. Are sweetbreads in the brain family? Those can be delicious.

Hollandaise Sauce

Does not contain mayo although it is an emulsion of egg yolks, vinegar, & fat, similar to mayo.

and those duck embryos.

I don't prefer mayo or raw oysters or green peas from a can but will eat it if served to me. Just would not cook or order it. But since I am not 4 I will eat it. Same with liver and onions.

Some of ya'll have the palate of a 4 year old.

My soon to be 1 year old eats a larger variety of foods than some adults that I know. There are some off the wall foods that I can understand someone not enjoying, but something as simple as peas, lima beans, celery, coconut, or mayo?

Get back to us when they are 3.
Smug young parents often think they are in the know.

Nothing weird at all about not liking certain things.

Watermelon
Olives
Liver - taste like chalk
Sour cream.

Yet I’ll eat tongue, stomach, add pigs feet to a stew for the gravy etc.
