What about those Asian duck eggs with a half developed duckling inside? Feathers and all.

Balut. That's the one thing I'll never try. Probably others that I've never heard of.

Some of ya'll have the palate of a 4 year old. Thank God I introduced my child to many foods and now she is stuck eating chicken tenders for every meal.

Also eyeballs. And reproductive organs. No interest in trying Rocky Mountain oysters. I’ve never had tongue but I can’t say for sure I’ll never try it.
I was surprised to open thread and see answers like mayonnaise. No pun intended, but that’s weak sauce.

When I was dating my wife we went visit her dad and brother in Denver. They took us to Buckhorn exchange and made me eat Ricky mountain oysters.

Snails
I got talked into eating just one of those things when out in Dallas. I had ordered steak and one of the others at the table ordered escarcot and I got prodded into trying one.
Let's just say it didn't go down well, pretty much tasted like nothing but a fatty ball smothered in herb butter. To each their own I guess.
Additional things I'd never eaten, and never will include:
Limburger cheese
Lutefisk
Durian fruit
Chitlins

Fried turkey nuts are not bad. Just make sure you cut em half or they will explode in the grease.

I love these threads and the ones who get triggered and say shite like this.
Mayo= sophisticated palate.

Smothered Liver and onions however, I do like liver in my boudin, dirty rice just not by itself. Other than that, I will eat anything.

I don’t eat po-boys very often but if I get a shrimp it’s butter and pickle . I’d rather get a Banh Mi to be honest. Banh Mi Boys does some cool stuff like duck sausage, bang bang shrimp and pork belly to name a few.

Mayo
I understand why people don’t like mayo. I happen to love it. What I don’t understand is why we have two pages railing the guy for mayo, when the rest of his list is FAR more egregious.

Offal
Lima beans ever again unless you promise me they’re un-gritified. My momna could cook lots of tasty meals; lima beans were not one of ‘em

Buckhorn exchange
I went there a couple years ago and ordered them... not bad at all. It's not like they're whole - they're sliced thin and fried.
