Sponsoring a hole at a golf tournament. Shotgun isn't until 11:00.
Not cooking. Too late for hot breakfast. Possibly too early to have something hot catered, but would rather this.
Looking for recs for a few quick bites.

Bring a small gas grill. Make slider sandwiches with either slider buns or hawaiian rolls. Any meat, cheese, sauce combo is fine. Wrap the sliders in foil and grill until hot.

Why is 11 too early to have something catered?

Few places I looked didn't open much earlier than this so I figured this to be the case. I could be wrong. Any recommendations?
BR area btw.

11:00 is definitely not too early of a time to have something catered… I would call those catering companies and talk to them. Most will be willing to work in your schedule and budget.
Breakfast tacos/street tacos, pimento cheese biscuits with ham, club sandwich sliders would all be good small bite options to have on the course.

Drag a small grill out there and do sausage dogs. It's 2 ingredients and a couple condiments. Players can grab and go and they pair great with beer. I've played in a million golf tournaments and and always appreciated a sausage dog, no matter what time of day.
*an alternative is to grill and assemble at home, wrap in foil and bring to the course in a warmer.

Buns get soggy or stale, but great food rec.
I would do something simple and light:
Sausage dog like Balls said. (Could grill morning of, keep in cooler and serve dogs on warming trays)
Catered Chick Fila - Chicken Wraps / Tenders
Walking tacos (chip bags, Taco Meat, toppings)
PP Sliders (smoke the night before, keep in cooler to stay hot, pull apart at 11, with Hawaiian slider rolls and BBQ sauce)
Meat Pies

We’ve done tri-tip sliders the past 3 years and they’re a hit every year. Smoke 10-15lbs tri tip the night before. Slice and refrigerate. Slider buns, horseradish mayo, spicy mustard, chips or potato salad and you’re all set.
We put ice packs in a chafing dish and that kept the meat and potato salad cool all day long.

I like this idea.

Breakfast burritos is always a “one-handed” hit, and are economical to make…

The tournament starts at 11:00.

I help with 4 golf tournaments, we do those, the burrito. My cousin runs Borden Milk, and my friend ran Krispy Kreme.
Another couple, the Casino handles the breakfast.

Honestly, Hot Dogs and hamburgers off a portable grill.
I've eaten every version of soggy wrap and sandwich in a box at a scramble. They're rubbish compared to that.
Nigh every golfer loves a glizzy.
