damn guy who said Ghost was an average DIPA deleted his post in the FB group. I was looking forward to reading the comments today.

I think he also said that he was not an IPA guy. People like that tend to like the milder, more well balanced IPAs, and don't appreciate the hop bombs.

Ghost in the Machine is a top notch DIPA. That's all you need to know. Once you have a beer that is that well executed, it becomes a matter of personal taste as to whether it is better than this beer or that beer. There is no right or wrong answer as to which beer is better. Unless, of course, one of them is Jockamo...

4BD: Former TX GOAT? Still awesome, nonetheless.


Starting to wonder if the new Envie is just as tasty as Yellow Rose. Both have a fantastic smell, great initial taste, but fall off to the lighter side at the end. I'd expect that from a PA, but not as much an IPA.
