Nola Places Decent Beer Selection

Borge
Pizza Domenica
Butcher
Cooter Brown's
Ole Saint
Avenue- food quality has improved since Boucherie chef took over menu
Wood fire pizza (haven't been yet but hear selection is descent)
World of beer (haven't been yet)
Boucherie
Ancora Pizzeria

some of the above have better food or better beer selection than the others but all are descent to me

Been to Cooter, Avenue, Butcher, Borge, and Dominica.... never really tried World of Beer, Ole Saint, Wood Fire (unless that is the one on Magazine....

NBD- Utopias. I have 2012(anniversary year) and 2013 unopened still. This is not beer it is more of a port, this bottle has been opened for over 3 years. I probably still have a glass or two left.

2BD- Growler of Brash Black Meddle Black IPA. Very nice, good combination of roasty flavors with the hops. Thanks to List, with what I assume is a second hand growler from Jax.

I believe that originally had an aptly named double IPA called "Dank" in it.

LBD is a Ghost. This bottle is undercarbed and the beer seems cloudier than others I've cracked.

NBD- Batch 3 so right at 21 months old. Really good but in another 6 months or so will rip the enamel off your teeth
