FBD: Parish Farmhouse IPA

Got tired of watching from the bench. This is one of my favorite local beers.

Collage #1 is disgusting, like drinking puke.

Dog had 8 teeth pulled today so I am chilling with him, doubt I'll drink.

But picked up this sixtel today

And got a nice box from rutiger

Great beer, but you definitely need someone to share that with. I couldn't imagine drinking a whole bomber myself.

My problem is after I drink one I want another. Fighting the urge to stay at just 2.

Outside of the 1554 I think their products are underwhelming. That being said, I've not tried their Lips of Faith series, so there could be some gems I'm unfamiliar with.

This will be my FBD, about to crack it right now. Went by Stein's today, nice! It smelled delicious, too, I'll have to stop another day for a sandwich. I also picked up a 4-pack of Timber Beast. I'm really enjoying trying all of these beers that haven't made it to NC yet.

Farmhouse IPA is very nice. Light, refreshing, tasty. My only gripe is the over-carbonation. Looks like you handled that pretty well though, that's a nice pour.

I've never tried it, but I am not a big fan of barrel aged beers usually.

Can't take any credit, stock image from google. Someone asked about Southern Tier's 2XIPA in NOLA -- I saw it today at Stein's.

ETA: Just poured it. Holy shite. It hissed when I popped the top. I basically have an entire glass of foam.

FBD was a Rolle Bolle or whatever on my way to the lake to wet a line.

Wish I had a fun pic of a fish or two but I came up empty this evening.

Fightin!

I picked up two Milk Stouts to share with you tomorrow. 5PM good?

Didnt think so Kim. I bought a couple off good BA reviews.

I'll keep them out of the box though.

The review of it tasting like puke is discouraging.
