I've always loved Thai food. I love anything spicy, actually. Has anyone ever cooked authentic Thai at home, and , if so, what do you like to make?

Drunken Noodles. Not sure how authentic they are considered, but surprisingly easy to make at home.

Massaman curry. I sometimes have trouble finding the paste though.

larb gai (chicken salad)
tom kha soup
I make batches of pad thai sauce and freeze, so I can whip it up when the mood strikes.

Either Massaman Curry or Pad Prik, both pork at spice level 5. Damn...getting hungry just thinking about it.

Mee Grob Laht Nah from Bangkok Cuisine (RIP)

Beef, chicken and shrimp with baby corn, bell pepper, Sliced carrots, “tree ear” mushrooms, Straw mushrooms, Sliced water chestnuts, Sliced bamboo shoots, Broccoli florets and Snow pea pods over thin fried egg noodles.

The sauce is called "Mama's Sauce". You can get a version at Mama Thai in Bucktown, but now they leave out the beef.
