Favorite noodle shape?

I've never cared much about the shapes. I do, however, have twin boys ... one prefers long pasta, especially angel hair and the other prefers short pasta, especially penne.

I usually try to match it to the sauce based on tradition, but don't really care that much.

Yup to the mac-n-cheese.

Love bowtie for just about anything and have gotten to where I don't care much for angel hair anymore.

Like. Looks like a great sauce catcher.

Typically I like Rotini but I would definitely buy that radiatore if I ran across it.

This is exactly what it is. Feel like someone made the noodle, said it looked like a radiator, and added an e to be fancy

For a red sauce. I like thick spaghetti.

For a cream based sauce, linguine or fettuccine
