I'm normally a huge chocolate fan, but we were out to dinner recently with friends and I tried a bite of a coconut cream cheesecake that may have been the best thing I've ever had

Cheesecake, tiramisu, creme brûlée, bread pudding, banana pudding, cream puffs, chocolate pie, buttermilk pie, chess pie, chocolate chess pie, any poke cake involving chocolate, caramel, butterfingers, Heath bars, etc.... I could continue, but I'm down for just a about any dessert that doesn't have a lot of nuts or fruits in it.

So many that I like.
I usually order creme brulee if I'm at a restaurant and my Mom makes it really well. I'd say that's my favorite. However, the pecan pie at Brigtsen's and Mr. B's are both delicious.
I like cobblers with a good crust, bottom and top, and I love homemade blueberry pie.
It's hard to beat a fresh out of the oven, still warm, homemade chocolate chip cookie placed in a bowl with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream on top. Simple dessert we serve from time to time that everyone loves.

Ha...bread pudding is one of the few desserts I don't like.
One of my favorites is impossible to find locally, unless you make it yourself: a merveilleuse, or crisp-tender meringue slathered w/flavored whipped cream, topped w/chocolate shavings. Like this: LINK
The meringues & whipped cream can be variously flavored, and the shavings run the gamut from white chocolate to milk or dark, etc. It seems like a really simple thing, but it is magically light yet rich and creamy all at the same time.

Almost everything mentioned in this thread so far. Sometimes those Pillsbury orange icing cinnamon rolls do the trick.

Bread pudding with rum sauce with just raisins, no fancy nutty fruity cranberry nonsense.
And a close second, my grandma's strawberry shortcake. She also makes these things called milk pies, which are delicious, and she makes homemade blackberry cobbler with some kind of white milky sauce you dribble over it. I don't even know what it is, but it's delicious.
