Indeed. +1000 if you use the warm bread to soak up all that sauce! One bad thing, little bitty shells in that sauce mixes too easy with bread, OUCH if you're not careful!

I don't know if you can count a soup as an appetizer...but if you can...

Crab and corn bisque in the sourdough bread bowl at Vincent's.

P.S. The sauce on the crab claws at Impastato's is also the same sauce they use on the seafood canelloni...which is my absolutely favorite dish there!
