I'm still laughing from the pics of you in the airport, wearing that thing. You know, I can't boil crawfish without wearing mine, and you wearing yours, so make sure you're around next January. Maybe we can take a trip to the end of the world (that crazy nuthouse in denham) just to boil crawfish and...

Zombie, the place on coursey is prolly gonna be a little more pricey. I think the guy that owns LA boilers is a big wig seafood guy, so he can afford to cut prices a bit. That being said, Boilers is prolly your best bet!...

The more I cook, the more I find it's just personal preference. I'd highly recommend buying what feels comfortable to you. I've found that my $15 dollar sautee pans/skillets from ducotes, outperform the $200 of the like that my friends just have to have. ...
Marinated crab claws at Impastato's in Metairie
Indeed. +1000 if you use the warm bread to soak up all that sauce! One bad thing, little bitty shells in that sauce mixes too easy with bread, OUCH if you're not careful!...

I just bought some pecan wood chunks to go with the charcoal. Bought the wood at academy. Skipped the chips this time, so is there any difference between wood and chips? Obviously takes a little longer to get going, but should also last longer too, right?...
