Nope. This is what you claim I typed.

Right, but you replied (I assume mistakenly mistyped) and said calories aren't real and I only lose weight on calorie counting because I'm small.
This is what I actually typed.

calorie count isn't a real answer. It works for her because she weighs nothing.

because your reasoning for not eating the fast food items was because no matter what they ae way too calorie heavy for you. That is not something that is typical because your calorie need are not close to typical.

Is it because people think the person won't join the keto club if they realize they still need to focus on a deficit? I just don't get it..

No one in this thread has suggested the average person can eat unlimited amounts no matter how many times you and Zombie pretend they did.

On an average person who wants to lose weight and either doesn't work out or doesn't work out HARD, 1000 calories in one meal does take adjusting for the other meals to make it work.

If you do this twice a day and are an averaged size man, you are almost certainly incorrect. 1600-2000 is exactly where they should be.

I only eat twice a day. The vast majority of the population does not eat twice per day. So again, you are still not referring to the average person.

The average person is overweight now, so that doesn't really mean a whole lot

Did they follow up their 1000 calorie suggestions with the reminder that you must be in a deficit and likely won't get there eating 3 1000 meals per day unless you also work out and burn enough to hit the deficit?

They did not.

Well you are arguing that the English words you typed don't mean what they literally mean, so I don't know what to tell you.

If you want to go around recommending double bacon whatever the hells to people, have at it. But if they don't understand that eating this ~diet keto meal~ is still fairly calorie dense and that they must also be in an overall deficit, they will fail.

Personally I have no desire to give people advice that isn't the whole picture, but by all means do you boo.

What is the best part of this thread is that every time someone mentions a fast food item, Mingo is usually like "Eeeewwwwwwww. You know what's on a fast food menu?!?!?! You must be huge!".. so seeing him argue for FF is a nice welcome change and I'm here for it.

Mingo - Next Baconator on me.. HMU

You didn't even correctly copy the words, so yea I'll make that argument.

The things I recommended are less than 400cals each. Even your scrawny arse could eat 3 of them

I will always not invent an argument where there was none. I'll leave shitposting to the pros.

Where did I argue for fast food? I'm only arguing against the idiotic statement that you can't lose weight on a fat based diet and that it's" unhealthy"

you didn't explicitly say you were against it. Apparently we must be crystal clear.

Pretty crazy that LL and Zombie like to watch kids on playgrounds.

You explicitly said a burger patty is less healthy than a grilled chicken breast

I really dont understand this. Nearly every organization I can find says it raises LDL and can lead to heart disease. Im not saying that you should have no saturated fat but there seems to be a thought that "hey im doing keto. I can eat all the steak, cheese, and butter I want".

Are you saying this as some type of medical professional or dietician? Not trying to be a smart arse.

Oh dear god don’t get him started. He’s got me frying fish in beef tallow and it tastes like hamburger.

No one is disagreeing people can't lose weight with keto and it can be a healthy lifestyle.

I simply said that baconators and fried chicken aren't a healthy source of fat because of everything else they contain.
