Well to be fair, Mingo copied where he said you can't lose weight on 5000 calories and said 'yes you can".. when the vast majority of the normal population cannot
You also said that calorie counting "isn't real" (
But I give you the benefit of the doubt that you mistyped and what you meant was that I don't lose weight on Baconators/that style of keto because I'm tiny. In which case, yes you are correct.

The vast majority of people also can eat more than you and lose weight, yet you were quoted as an example in this thread too. That goes both ways.

On why fried chicken isn't healthy for you?
A 3 piece from Popeyes has like 40 g of carbs, which defeat the purpose of keto anyway.
Removing the skin and breading from fried chicken defeats the purpose of fried chicken

What kind of porn you posting?

Uh, eating food fried in trans fats is widely considered unhealthy. In moderation, it's no big deal, but to pretend trans fats are good for you is silly. Your body absolutely needs fat though.
Apologies if this has already been pointed out. Just jumped on the last page curious to see how the thread has progressed.

Wrong. Breast and two legs is 32. Not necessarily a keto killer. But you also don't need to eat 3 pieces. You are trying to steer the conversation to places no one has taken it.

Another thing no one said to do in this thread

Right, but you replied (I assume mistakenly mistyped) and said calories aren't real and I only lose weight on calorie counting because I'm small. Which is untrue. Everyone loses weight at a calorie deficit. Now whether they enjoy it or whether it is easy for them without the assistance of something like keto is another topic, and this depends on the person in question, their appetite, what they like to eat, etc.
Honestly, y'all should all stop talking past each other because you all believe the same thing and you're all just being intentionally obtuse. Comical, but silly and should stop.
Keto works fine, as does any other means of reaching a deficit. But they all only work if you are also at a deficit -- be it from pure consumption or from consumption + burning energy to reach that deficit.

Hold on. Posts like this are just changing the narrative.

No, you did not read my reply correctly
My response was that your reasoning for not eating the fast food items was because no matter what they ae way too calorie heavy for you. That is not something that is typical because your calorie need are not close to typical.

No one has ever claimed otherwise.

20% less is 20% less. And when you're talking about a diet that restricts carb intake, 8 of them is a big deal.
I don't expect any kind of intellectual honest from you, but at least try.

Since we are talking dishonest, I guess you won't be porn spamming since it was referenced in here that calories don't matter

Why would I? He didn't say you should do that. You need to try to keep up with the actual claims instead of just making up whatever suits you.
So I will again ask you who in this thread has advocated for an unlimited diet consisting of fast foods?
Also, don't think I didn't notice you just completely duck the point of that post to try to attack me

That is what you typed even if it isn't what you meant. I knew what you meant/what you were getting at, which is why I didn't reply to it. Several people did reply, though, because they read it how it was written... which was "calories aren't real, she loses weight that way because she weighs nothing". What you meant was, "Baconator style keto doesn't work for her because she is too small to consume that many calories".
Even taking me out of the equation, I think it is incredibly misleading when folks tell keto newbies "Yeah! Just eat fried chicken and baconators with no buns!" and don't follow that up with "Those are 800-1000 calories.. you need to plan the rest of your meals around it."
Nobody did that in conjunction with their recommendation in this thread until later, and I just don't get why not.
I've been on a large weight loss forum for 5 years now and the amount of people that come there upset because they've been doing these sorts of meals and not lost weight is astounding. Its okay to "sell" keto by mentioning the fun foods, but it is incomplete without the full picture.
On an average person who wants to lose weight and either doesn't work out or doesn't work out HARD, 1000 calories in one meal does take adjusting for the other meals to make it work. I don't know why that is always left out. Is it because people think the person won't join the keto club if they realize they still need to focus on a deficit? I just don't get it.. Don't we want to help the person?!
