NO ONE HAS SAID THIS It is painful how hard you keep trying to twist the argument to find a win.

It was a pretty easy win.

Anyone can have a win when they imagine the argument.

Except for Mingo apparently. All the saturated fat and preservatives has given him super intelligence as well.

Zach Bitter ran 100 miles in 11 hours and his diet consists almost exclusively of ribeyes, and a bunch of them.

Tim Tebow does keto, and LeBron James did or does it after switching from a plant based diet that he said let to the most injuries he had in a season and all of these guys are consuming 4k-5k a day.

I'd imagine the vast majority of keto people don't. Mingo is just Mingo.

For the record, three 4oz hamburger patties is just under 1k calories. I'm not a lazy frick so I eat about 2.2k cals per day at no where near the size of a 6'3 240lb Tim Tebow. So once again, for a normal sized man, you'd be almost certainly incorrect.

Fascinating off the rails discussion. Will just add The Obesity Code is a great book that lays out this thread in a bit more factual, medical based matter.

I'm not talking about world class athletes. The OP isn't a world class athlete. Comparing the diet for Lebron James to Joe Office Worker isn't apples to apples.

So you are following keto and still paying attention to calories, which is what I've said all along.

You're argument is that the nutrients in the food somehow work differently in their bodies?

Again, who has said to ignore it? You are inventing an argument to justify you're shite posting in this thread. Find one post that says you can eat an unlimited amount of anything and I'll porn bomb this thread.

A day? You absolutely can't. Unless you're Lebron James or some other world class athlete.

And guess what, they aren't eating that either.

Lebron and Tebow aren't going to Albertsons to grab fried chicken

We are arguing that there's no difference in the metabolic and physical makeup of someone like Lebron James and you?

You're not actually as stupid as you're coming off in this thread, right?

You've made multiple not only baseless statements but others that make no sense throughout the entire thread. Many of which I can't comprehend becuase I don't think you know the difference between what a macronutrient and a calorie is.

We have Mingo to explain this all to us. Your facts aren't needed.

You are making an argument based on amount of intake. No one is making that argument. You can try to spin all you want.

For you posts, absolutely not. You aren't concerned with anything that's actually been posted in this thread. The stuff you've invented is good enough.

Eating tons of processed saturated fats and ignoring calories isn't a successful way to diet.

I must be a damn genius for inventing this concept.

Keep inventing the arguments to make yourself sound smart.

Again, no one in this thread has said to make your diet centered around fast food and an unlimited amount of it. That is something you invented to be a douche bag in this thread.
