fast food frequency

When I am working, 5 times a week. When im off, maybe once a week and thats on the high side

At least once-twice a week, mainly on my lunch breaks.

Probably only a handful of times a year, but not out of any kind of pompous reasoning. I'm just more likely to grab prepared food from the grocery store or takeout from a restaurant if we are feeling too lazy to cook or dine out.

There's only 1 single FF place on my route home from work, and it would require me to cross 4 lanes of stopped traffic on Perkins twice.

About 5 times per month maybe. That’s waaaay down from the past.

I lost about 10 lbs in 2020 just changing lunch diet out of necessity with working from home. Not that I don’t miss some places.

If pizza is FF then we're probably 1-2 a month. Pretty much never hit any drive thru's except the Chipotelane or whatever they call it.

Only when I travel, so about once a month. Then, it is usually Chick Fil A

Does gas station food count?

Since it's hunting season it's once or twice a week that I pick up Hunt Brothers/Caseys or some chicken fingers and potato logs. Usually it's once a month or so.

drive through maybe 1 time a month when at home, but on road trips probably a couple of times a month.

I do eat quick service, like subway, jimmy johns, chipotle quite a bit for lunch during the week.
