Haven’t been to the city in a long time. Wanna take a woman out to lunch this Saturday and I know she wants to bring the pooch along. Any recommendations ?

Trying to stay away from downtown/fq if I can.

I know bring my gun.

Why is water wet. In her defense it is a little guy. He’s very calm. Doesn’t yap. He didn’t even shite in my yard last time he came over.

Why? No way in hell I'd take anyone out to eat at a restaurant with them wanting to bring a damn dog----or any other pet for that matter.

Apparently she feels your company isn't quite good enough to be with you in a one-on-one situation, thus the need for her damn dog.

The Bulldog on Canal St has decent burgers and stuff and dogs are allowed.
Pretty sure Bayou Beer Garden as well as Wrong Iron are dog friendly as well.

Jesus people it's not an off the wall question.

To OP, I'd think any casual place with outdoor dining would have no issue with it. I'd try one of the places along Magazine, Like Basin Seafood.

To the letter of LA health codes, no dogs are supposed to be in eating establishments, even outdoors. Sure, plenty of places look the other way for patio dining. But if a place has been dinked by the health inspector recently, they may refuse to seat you with a non-service animal.

I'm not. Anyone that feels they need to bring an animal to a restaurant has some mental issues.

Please don't to to Paris, or you will have major issues.

We brought our dog to the new dim sum place on magazine, Wishing Town Bakery. The food is just ok but it’s shady & they had water bowls

Wrong. I go to Paris fairly often, despise dogs at restaurants, and don't have "major issues". It's not anymore prevalent than places like New Orleans where hipsters and other stupid fricks feel the need to drag their mutt along with them.

Awesome. Nothing better than enjoying lunch to sound of a fricking dog slobbering in his water bowl.
