Looking at everything out there is confusing as there as so many features. I'm looking at:
Mr Coffee Cafe Barista $180
Gaggia Carezza deluxe $330
Gaggia Brera $470
Does anyone have any advice? I'd appreciate it!

Does a nespresso count? If so, yes.

Yes and my sister has one but she's tired of the proprietary pods that you must buy. This is why I'm not considering a nespresso.

I have a Rocket. I recommend watching some videos on Seattle Coffee Gear. Do you own a grinder? I’d recommend tiptoeing in with a super automatic. One that has a hopper for whole beans and does the grinding itself.
I picked up one from them as an open box (Saeco xsmall) for ~$300 and it worked great.
It’s a deep and expensive rabbit hole. Personally I’m not a fan of propriety pods. Besides the cost the beans are preground and not enough for a proper water to coffee ratio for extraction.

I have a Cuisinart conical burr grinder. My Krups espresso machine just died after 15 years. I'm no expert in terms of coffee specifics; I just know what I like. I like the idea of the grinder in the machine but have a fear of "that's just something extra to break" so I'm leery. The reason I wanted one with grinder is b/c the hubby & I drink different coffee.

Most of the automatic machines you listed make average espresso, at best. Even the automatic machines that cost in the thousands still don’t make the same quality of espresso of some of the lower end semi-auto machines.
You first need to decide how easy you want it to be to “pull” a shot. If you want something quick & easy, then maybe an auto machine is the right choice for you, but keep in mind that you’re going to have to have a pretty steep budget of you want anything close to coffee shop quality espresso.
Not trying to complete put down auto machines, but if I wanted something really convenient I’d probably just stick with Nespresso. Especially now that they’re offering 3rd party brand of pods.
ETA - to actually answer your question; I have the breville barista express. It’s prob one of the better entry level semi auto machines, but I do have issues with consistency from it. It’s been a nice machine to learn on, though. I’d really like the Rocket machine if I had to do it all over again. If convenience isn’t a priority for you, you may want to look into the Flair lever machines. I’ve read really good things about these and they supposedly make great, consistent espresso and aren’t very expensive. Just remember that regardless of which machine you buy, a good burr grinder is essential.

Would love this....but I ain't payin that much
In fact, I'm choking on paying nearly $500 for a machine that I have no clue how long it will last. I want a good cup of coffee but it doesn't have to be an exact science for me. Regarding the ease of use, my hubby wants to push a button. I want a little interaction b/c I enjoy cooking, etc. I usually prep his coffee so he doesn't care what we get...he's just tired of drinking out of a regular coffee pot cause it "tastes different"

So easy to order. And there are plenty of other brands that make pods that work.

This coffee roaster fella stopped in a few months ago and was very knowledgeable. He answered several questions for posters, not sure where he went after this thread.

Nespresso is so easy to use and no cleanup. Bargain priced pods at Costco online

I have the cafe barista at the house, have had it for about 4 1/2 years now. I'm no coffee aficionado and don't drink with my pinky up, but it makes some solid drinks. The espresso shots are fine to me and the frother is pretty great. I'm happy with the purchase.

I've been using a Breville Cafe Roma espresso machine for over 20 years. Works like a champ with zero complaints. This model has been discontinued and replaced by newer versions. Price was around $125 back in the day
I also have a Nespresso Vertuo that makes a better cup of coffee and the crema is the real deal. I purchased this model with a aeroccino milk frother for $175 during a Christmas sale last year. Normally the package can be found for $225. I'm researching the aftermarket stainless steel pods so I don't have to buy the aluminum Nespresso ones.
I also have an Aeropress and a Toddy for other types of coffee, along with roasting my own beans. Back in the day, my ex-gf opened the first coffee house in Lafayette as I've been around this stuff since the late 1980's.
