I could in the summer months without too much sacrifice, so many tasty veggies right now, but once fall hits, I'm in trouble. I can only eat so many beans.

I love salads, soups, fresh and grilled vegetables, fresh fruit, just about all types of beans and grains, so getting protein from other sources is not a problem.

I could do it if needed.

I could... if it was life or death.

I wouldn't enjoy it though.

I'm alive!

Indian and thai curries, veggie chili, veggie ramen (although the broth is seafood based), pita falafels, jackfruit pulled "pork" sandwich, which is my new favorite, veggie stuffed bell peppers, veggie tacos (roasted cauliflower makes a great taco filling) and all the lab created meat stuff that I try not to eat too much but is pretty good.

How long is ‘awhile’?

I could do 3 months, maybe.

Anything more than 6 months, probably not.

I've done it for a couple of weeks just for kicks with the wife. We also do "vegan" meals routinely, just to change it up. I say that because we may throw in something like eggs or it has eggs like bread or what not or it has broth.

There's a lot of options now its really not THAT bad.

Doc says

First question to him or her is why?
Because it’s likely they are spewing something that may not be accurate.

I will never understand the “I don’t eat meat but I eat fish” people. When you eat fish you are literally eating the meat (aka muscle) of that animal.
