I agree with you about the summer and fresh veggies.

I could do Indian year round, though.

I would say “Don’t bill me for this visit. Thanks for your terrible medical care.”

I'm alive!

Indian and thai curries, veggie chili, veggie ramen (although the broth is seafood based), pita falafels, jackfruit pulled "pork" sandwich, which is my new favorite, veggie stuffed bell peppers, veggie tacos (roasted cauliflower makes a great taco filling) and all the lab created meat stuff that I try not to eat too much but is pretty good.

This is an expensive diet nowadays and not available to a lot of people in this country.

I eat mostly chicken legs, rice, eggs, beans and frozen broccoli cuts.

Its what I can afford.

I could do pescatarian. I could probably do “vegetarian” if I could eat a burger every couple of weeks. Yes, I realize this isn’t full on vegetarian, but I’d need a cheat meal every once in a while if I couldn’t eat seafood.

Obviously expensive is relative, but a lot of people cant afford more than $3.00 per meal.

I’d get a new doctor because it’s obviously this one is a quack.

This is like his tenth thread about his doctor telling him to eat less meat.

Same doctor, less meat, but same health problems. Hmmmmmmmmmmm

I’m down to red meat only once per week. So going a month seems do-able if that’s what your estrogen-rich ultra vague “for a while” means.
