I've been drinking the A2 casein milk

I used to use unsweetened almond milk in smoothies but it's terrible alone.

Chocolate milk if I do but I probably haven’t had any milk in over a year. Used to drink 2% growing up but just never buy it anymore unless I want cereal and that is extremely rare too.

I don't drink a lot of milk, but if I have cereal or im using it in cooking, I use whole milk.

Almond milk for smoothies.

Sixty percent of adults cannot properly digest milk.

Fewer than 40 percent of humans on earth can digest lactose post-childhood, and only 5 percent of Asians and 25 percent of African adults can properly digest milk.

You'd be surprised how many think it's the lactose when it's really the A1 protein.

So all adults should not drink milk because some can’t?

That way of thinking is very anti-Northern European

I'd say 60 percent is more than just "some"

I still drink milk but maybe most people shouldn't

I probably don't drink a gallon of milk a year, but when I do drink milk, it is whole milk.

Like many others have chimed in----milk is meant to come from animals, not plants. And to hell with skim, low fat, 2% etc. as that stuff looks like nothing more than watered down milk.

And the worst milk I can ever remember drinking was when a kid and one of my aunts would buy "Powdered Milk" that you mixed with water. Absolutely disgusting stuff.

Cow’s milk. Oat milk sounds kind of good, but haven’t tried it.

Good thing I'm not Asian or African, and I'm not lactose intolerant. Your info. still didn't answer the question that you were asked though.

That seems high. I don't know very many people that have difficulty with milk. Maybe it's just not as prevalent in the US?

We buy Kleinpeter whole milk. We don't drink a ton in our house and it always has an expiration date 15+ days out. I suppose because it's local.

My husband can’t drink cow milk

However, all of my kids digest it just fine. (I guess like me)

So it’s at least a gallon a day for us!

Nope. Just do a quick Google search.

Not trying to be disrespectful to anyone, but I didn’t realize this many adults still drank milk.
