I noticed at store the plant based milk section is getting bigger while regular milk is getting smaller?

whole milk

we tried some oatmeal "milk" because we thought my daughter had a dairy allergy. 1) the commercials lie. it is no where as creamy as whole milk. 2) it tasted like artificial vanilla flavored skim milk

Animal milk mostly, but the oat stuff isn’t bad for coffee. It froths decently. And my incredibly lactose intolerant spouse likes it.

To straight drink, I buy whole milk.

I buy almond milk for my morning smoothies though.

How long ago? We just converted to Oat Milk and I was surprised at how creamy it was for a plant based milk and the taste was surprisingly decent as well. Even in hot coffee.

This. My Ice Age ancestors didn't evolve the ability to produce lactase into adulthood in order for me to drink soy milk.

I don't know. Milking an almond is way weirder.

What about the milk plant? Monarch butterflies depend on them. :)

Oat milk is great, but too many carbs for my consumption.

It's not weird at all if you think about it. In fact it makes perfect sense.

I buy the Horizon Organic Milk. It costs more but lasts for several weeks because it receives ultrahigh temperature (UHT) processing where it is heated to 280 degrees for two to four seconds. Never had any go bad.

Half and half, cheese, yogurt, etc are all cow

Milk for smoothies- almond. I have also discovered it makes delicious hot chocolate. Very creamy.
