Yes. Bright, oniony flavor, crunch, and texture. Who doesn’t like those things besides small picky children?

I have an addiction to them. I will put them in and on top of any foods that work.

I don’t like them, so I guess I’m a picky 70 year old child.

I put them on all kinds of foods. Sometimes I even draw a bath and just soak with a few handfuls

I like to snip the white part off and use the green stalk as a straw to drink chocolate milk

They’re great over anything resembling stir fry and a bowl of rice. My favorite is with grillades and grits.

You can just cut them off, wrap them in a paper towel, and place them in the refrigerator. I have left them in there for almost a year before I planted them in terracotta pots. It really is and endless supply. Nothing like fresh green onions.

Stir fry without scallions is just a plate of dog food.

I love green onions and that is exactly what I did...... I have a planter with some in them. I got put with my scissors and cut 2 or 3 to add to my food.
