I’m wondering if this date, the Monday after Christmas, will be problematic for those who would like to participate.

Please weigh in on the selected date and other options.

Would a couple of days later be better? Wednesday, the 30th?

Would after Jan 1 be better, like Tuesday or Wednesday the following week? Jan 5 or 6?

I’m cool with any date. Tues 12/29 @ 11:59pm may be easier for everyone trying to decompress post Christmas and pre New Years

This is my choice. Between the Christmas goodies and the New Year's feast, my kitchen will be busy. People tend to cut back after New Year's and fish can be prepared as a lighter option.

I'll probably do mine next week but can obviously submit later. If other people need more time then that's not a problem.

I'm not going to win anyway lol

I could still make an entry for 12/28, but there will be fish sticks in it.

I'm disappointed it's not right now or this weekend. Every day between these challenges is hollow and empty.

Any kind of fish so your gar is gtg.

I’m still looking for the fish I want to use. I have a simple backup plan if I can’t find it so I’m good for when ever.

Sorry, I’ve been out of pocket. I think Jan 5th would be better. I’ll post tomorrow.

MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm fish sticks. Everyone here already knows who I would vote as #1, if you made a fish stick recipe!

Let me help you with a MD award winning photo.

I've beem laid-up in bed for three days with a terrible cold, so any extension is welcomed.

I just wish the fish was specified. That would level the playing field & remove preferential bias.
