ETA: And whoever mentioned Sysco au jus.. NO. We don't even have au jus.. Au jus is watery type of gravy made without flour or anything. We have a thick, rich gravy that is made from the roast beef and thickened.

fwiw, Dempsey's Chick/Sausage gumbo is one of my favorites in town. I love thick, dark roux gumbo.

I don't think there are any plans to have beer on tap right now but that could very well change in the near future...
there will be a full bar at this location (which is different than the other locations) as well as offering daiquiris and/or margaritas...

Well, I believe they are going to start out with Abita Amber on tap (to support a favorite local brewery) to test it out. If it does well, they will look to expand their beer taps. Input would be welcomed. Maybe the regulars can vote?
