Im boutta catch some people unawares this year. I accidentally planted a habanero plant last year (tag said poblano) and had a bumper crop. Vacuum sealed a lot of habaneros. Gonna dump in the boils this year because I dont know what else to do with them.

The outside of your crawfish will be well seasoned

I cook them sous vide style at 140* for 3 hours and they turn into soft shell crawfish, just eat the whole thing

Habaneros are awesome in crawfish boil IMO. I blend a little over half a pound of habaneros and 3/4 lb serranos with some water to make a puree for a 100 qt pot. It's damn good. If anything, make sure to cut off the tops before you throw them in the boil.

Yep, every year about this time it starts like they've never boiled a sack of crawfish before.

I've seen some pretty fricked up things on the internet. However, this may take the cake.
