1 pound salt
1 4.5 pound bag geaux creole
1 12oz bag chackbay
veggies
1 dozen lemons
2 15oz bottles of lemon juice. (add at soak)

boil for a few minutes with liquid boil and water. put in ice chest with tony's, jalepenos, and lemons. shake well and let steam for 20 minutes.

Im boutta catch some people unawares this year. I accidentally planted a habanero plant last year (tag said poblano) and had a bumper crop. Vacuum sealed a lot of habaneros. Gonna dump in the boils this year because I dont know what else to do with them.

I cook them sous vide style at 140* for 3 hours and they turn into soft shell crawfish, just eat the whole thing

Habaneros are awesome in crawfish boil IMO. I blend a little over half a pound of habaneros and 3/4 lb serranos with some water to make a puree for a 100 qt pot. It's damn good. If anything, make sure to cut off the tops before you throw them in the boil.
