Do you mean and IPA that is cold in temperature? Or an IPL, an IPA fermented at cold temps??

Rally Cap brewed one not long ago, but it's gone now. I think Agile as also brewed one more recently.

C'mon, everyone knows refrigeration was a key part of merchant trade in the 1700s.

Haha

You must not know what a Cold IPA is. Not hazy ipa. Not west coast but cold. Kinda like an IPL

I'm more giving the term "Cold IPA" shite. Lord knows I have no room to talk, though. I live in a glass house, for sure. I'm just in the "get off my fricking lawn" stage of beer nerdness. I wish OP luck on his hunt.

I guess it seems kind of gimmicky, yeah. Plenty of folks will search out gimmicks just to see what they're all about, though. Not going to fault someone for wanting to give something a shot. Hell, I'm not above it, but I typically just stumble upon such shite.

I understand. However, why I am looking for a "cold IPA" is because I am sick of the Hazy stuff. GI and such. They do something with the process of a Cold IPA that is basically like a lager(light) but has the hops of an ipa. Really good but not in high demand so not made several places. What I don't give a shite about is looking for another hazy IPA. I used to want to try everything. Now just want what is good and I like

Because it is a lager. That's why "cold IPA" is getting hate. It's made with lager yeast.

As soon as I finish all my Brut IPAs, I'll go on a Cold IPA hunt.

I got you covered on a white stout if you strike out on the Cold IPA. Might have a few glitter milkshake beers around here, too.

I've always preferred my IPAs cold. That's why I'll never be a true maven :/
