I'm loving all these replies.
We have a lot to work with. So far the weeks menu looks like this..
Day 1: local delivery pizza
Day 2: tamales (gringo pies)
Day 3: cheeseburgers in paradise
Day 4: me
Day 5: George's Alys Beach
Day 6: steak...

I'm vacationing with 9 other adults in Florida soon and looking for recommendations for my night to cook. I've done chicken schwarma, grilled salmon, and crab stuffed portobellos the past few years. What do y'all crave after a long day of beach boozing?...

Did you send it(them) back? I've had a "bad steak" at every steakhouse in town......a lot of times it's just the server putting the wrong plate in front of the wrong customer on larger tables. It's certainly not 5 star service, but I think they achieve the truest temperature in the city....

I see that, but what I can tell you is that all 3 of mine have "Mamou, Louisiana" on the bottom of them. Keep in mind that the website I linked sells more than just one brand....

Cajun Classic....I'm pretty sure it's made in Mamou and the 2 skillets I have are thicker than any Lodge I own....

Romo or Dalton?

I just can't ever feel comfortable with Romo, but he has been going off as of late.
Dalton has been steadfast all season, but now that we're in the playoffs I have to make the right decision.
Any suggestions? Either way, it'll suck having to watch them play each other this weekend....
