I saw that a week or so ago. Almost started a thread too because I was curious about details and what people know of this place.

I haven't seen the episode but that restaurant used to be pretty good when I was growing up. They always had good seafood. Must have went downhill considering it is on that show now.

It has been years since I have had a meal from Coffee`s. We had some people in from out of town and had a great time. We had boiled crabs and they were good.

Saw that myself. Evidently the place went to hell in a hand basket when the owners got divorced.

Would love to hear from someone who has eaten there since the renovation.

I can't stand that show cuz of that stupid meat head with the accent. I can not take him seriously.

He should hang up cooking and just go live in the gym and keep shaving his body hair. Repulsive and vile.

It wasn't this episode but another one that was so absolutely filthy--years and years of crud. It was called McShane's. I can't imagine eating at a place like this knowing how filthy they let it get.
Even after the cleanup, just knowing that she allowed this to happen is enough for me.

Do other people feel this way?

Yeah, saw that too. Dumbass. Who the frick doesn't use salt in their cooking? I don't add salt to cooked foods, but I damed sure cook with it. Even my kids were losing their minds over that.

Say what you will about his baby tee's, Irvine can cook his arse off, and he definitely knows how to run a kitchen.

He doesn't appear to be anything more than a Gordon Ramsey wannabe.
