2 pans of crawfish cornbread made earlier today. One for tonight and one for tomorrow. Prime rib is a 24 hr brine right now and will be smoked tomorrow morning for christmas dinner at 1pm.

Wife is also making all kind of stuff. SIL bringing a ham as well tomorrow.

We are doing Tacos tonight, Ham and waffles for tomorrow. 2 teenage boys so they are not picky and are very hungry, ALL the time

How are you bringing a prime rib?

I’ve made a rather large chicken and sausage gumbo for this evening after services. I have a standing rib for tomorrow.
