I'm Italian (Sicilian) so that one is beyond out of the question. I could also never give up Mexican food, wayyyy too many good dishes. I'd have to say see ya to Chinese food, I probably only crave it 2-3 times a year at max, and usually feel awful after I eat it anyway.

Triple up on the Mexican and I'll give up the other two like a bad habit.

Don't know the last time I ate Chinese.

Now if you throw in Thai... it becomes a little tougher. I'd still give up chinese/thai over italian or mexican. But we don't have exceptional Chinese restaurants in my area, either.

Chinese. Although there are some dishes I really like, dim sum etc.

French would be my choice if only one to live on forever. Would just have to ramp up the miles and cardio to make it past 60.

I love cantonese and sichuan chinese too much

if we are talking americanized then
Chinese buffets first
olive garden type italian second
tex mex last - way way last

I'd give up Chinese and not think twice about it. Considering Indian food as supplanted Chinese in my upper tier of take out.

This thread separates the people who live in Texas and Louisiana. I can name 10 Mexican dishes that beat out anything Chinese and pretty much everyone I know loves Mexican food.

Who are you people?

Maybe you haven't had good Chinese? There's more to it than General Tso's and fried rice, ya know?

One of the better Cantonese meals I've had Empress, and one of my favorite Dim Sum restaurants Yank Sing

I’ll have to go with Chinese. Just glad it wasn’t generalized to Asian cuisine.

I can give up Chinese as long as I can still have Vietnamese.
