I remember the chaos this caused in nola.

Every time we're driving home from our hometown on a Sunday afternoon I would get the worst craving for a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries, starting on the outskirts of Montgomery. I always had to settle for Arby's, 5 Guys, or Sonic.

It's a guilty pleasure of mine. I haven't had been to one in a few years, but I think they're putting one up in the Elmwood area. Might have a new lunch spot to add to the rotation.

I fricking love waffle fries.
Those are the only reason I ever choose that place over other similar places. Slathered in mayo of course.

although they have very low franchise fees, the corporation takes a significant share of the profits. I think you can make a very solid living off with a Chik-Fil-A franchise, but I don't think you will get rich.

I've heard this as well.

We have a vendor that brings Chick-fil-A for breakfast at least twice a month. Chicken minis and their fruit trays are money for breakfast.

SJW'S suck. Chick-fil-A >>>>>> SJW's

Chick-fil-A franchise cost:

quote:

Chick-fil-A has a distinct franchise business model. The franchise fee to join Chick-fil-A is a very accessible $5,000. Chick-fil-A corporation will pay for land, construction and equipment for a restaurant, then rent it to the franchisee for 15% of sales plus 50% of pretax profit remaining. Therefore, startup costs are very low, in exchange for higher-than-usual monthly payments.

Chik-Fil-A limits you to owning one stord

You really don't "own"anything. You are considered a "managing general partner"and you can't turnaround and sell the store to someone else. The lions share of the profit goes to corporation.

You're essentially a glorified GM for a store that they still hold the title to.

I want to hate chick Fila, but it's always clean, great customer service, good food, and healthy options. Popeyes needs to take some notes

Why would you "want to hate CFA"?

With all of the CFA hype tossed at me over the years, I decided to finally check out the place. Got the chicken sandwich and wondered what all the hoopla was about. Very unimpressed with the sandwich. They did have the sides and customer service going for them though. I think I've been there twice. Enjoy.

I don't get the hype either. Eating inside and ordering at a CFA is a more pleasant experience than most fast food places, but their food is not near as tasty as several other fast food joints...Unfortunately though, those places normally let the inmates run the asylum.

I will say that CFA probably never lets their grease get rancid like others do.
