This is how you know AI is far from ever being a real threat to humanity. If it were truly close to singularity, its response to a “Vegan Cajun restaurant in Baton Rouge” prompt would have been “go frick yourself, couillon.”

ChatGPT should be ashamed of itself.

No. There is no meat on the menu. How many vegans are there? I wouldn't think it's that many. Cater to the many, not the few.

If I lived there I’d probably give it a try.
If I am visiting, no way I waste a meal on it.
So I guess I’d look at it as a one off. I’d try it once but not likely go back.

NO

Also, if this is a vegan restaurant, why the need to have the word "vegan" in the title of the dish?

Vegetarian restaurants can succeed.

I eat at an Indian veg-only restaurant and it does great business (although mainly an Indian clientele).

Fried okra

Red beans and rice and a side of greens
with a glass of sweet tea??

come on we have all eaten worse, first pick of places no, but just like a vegan going to a traditional restaurant, you can find something to order
