I had to look up if vegan shrimp were a thing or just some kind of AI imagination. Apparently you can use king Oyster mushrooms as fill in substitute. No idea how well it works, and I'm not much of a mushroom fan in general, but I find all the weird substitutes people come up with due to dietary restrictions (or just lack of available ingredients) impressive if not a bit desparate at times. The ingenuity of man is truly astounding.

I've never been to a vegan restaurant before, but if someone was paying the tab at this hypothetical restaurant I could all but guarantee I could find something to get fat and happy at this place. Especially if I can try something, nope it, and send it back to the kitchen to be replaced with something else (something I'd never do in real life but we're talking hypotheticals anyway).

Honestly, I had no idea this kind of Cajun existed. Must be a recent mutation.

I've been to one, in Athens, GA. Nothing on the menu sounded particularly good to me, so I went with a fake cheese quesadilla. How do you f--- up a cheese quesadilla? Now I know.

That's it. Just my luck, it was open then. Athens has many good restaurants, but that was not one of them.
